or " MActive Pro ”) provides you with sports guidance and health
services. We attach great importance to the protection of your personal
information and privacy. We will provide corresponding security protection
measures for your personal information in accordance with legal requirements
and mature industry security standards.
• In order to provide better sports and health services, we need
to collect your: basic personal information (age or date of birth, gender,
height, weight), account information (avatar, nickname), sports and health
information (sports data and health data), application information (basic
application information, application usage information, account login
information, installed application list, etc.), network information (carrier
information), location information (precise location information, movement trajectory,
base station information, etc.), device information (basic system information,
device name, device identifier, IMEI, Mac address, system log, system usage

•In addition, to identify whether you are an MActive Pro user , to
ensure your normal use of our services, to maintain the normal operation of our
services, to improve and optimize our service experience, and to protect your
account security, we will also collect your IP address, operating system,
network access method, type and status, operation logs, and service logs. This
information is the basic personal information necessary to provide you with
services. We will use the above information to comprehensively assess your
account, account and transaction risks, conduct identity authentication,
provide customer service, detect and prevent security incidents, and archive

• After you exit the " MActive Pro" application, this
application will still access the phone's sensors to obtain step data and
connect to the network to complete data synchronization, message reception,

Your " MActive Pro" information
contains sensitive personal information. We will upload it to the server only
after you have explicitly agreed in the application. Your above data will be
stored in the territory of the People's Republic of China.
MActive Pro (hereinafter referred to as "we")
strictly adheres to national laws and regulations, integrates legal compliance
into product design and business processes, and uses industry-leading security
technologies to ensure data security. We also attach great importance to the
protection of your personal information and privacy and are committed to

To manage MActive Pro data, we use account registration and login
functions based on account services. Before using an account, please ensure you
have read and agreed to the privacy statement of the corresponding account to
understand and consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your personal
information. After logging in, we will need to use your basic personal
information (gender and date of birth) to provide you with better exercise
recommendations.
To manage your smart wearable device , we need to collect
device identification information (basic system information, device name,
device identifier, IMEI, Mac address, system logs, system usage information,
device usage information, IMSI, Android ID, Android Advertising ID, OAID,
hardware serial number, SIM card ID, etc.), device hardware information, device
usage information, basic system information, and network information. This
information is collected to establish Bluetooth connections, manage device
configurations, complete software upgrades, display data sources, and collect
statistics on device activations. This data will also be used to improve the
network connection experience.
In addition, to support the connection of smart wearable
devices , we connect to MActive Pro devices via Bluetooth to obtain the
device's sports health data, log information, location information, and device
information (basic system information, device name, device identifier, IMEI,
Mac address, system logs, system usage information, device usage information,
IMSI, Android ID, Android advertising ID, OAID, hardware serial number, SIM
card ID, etc.). You can terminate the collection of this type of data by disconnecting
or unbinding.
connecting to some " MActive Pro " devices, in order to
provide more accurate data monitoring, your gender, age, height, and weight in
"My Profile" > "Personal Information" in the " MActive
Pro " app will be synced to the smart wearable device for calculation of
heart rate, calories , etc.
Wearable devices that support calling functions need to display mobile
phone contact information and call logs to facilitate the wearable device to
answer and make calls.
connecting to Shenzhen Nano-Jing Cloud Technology Co., Ltd.'s " MActive
Pro " smart wearable device, " MActive Pro " provides
a device upgrade path. Your device name, device identification information
(system basic information, device name, device identifier, IMEI, Mac address,
system log, system usage information, device usage information, IMSI, Android
ID, Android advertising ID, OAID, hardware serial number, SIM card ID, etc.),
and device usage information will also be uploaded to the Shenzhen Nano-Jing
Cloud Technology Co., Ltd. server to complete activation statistics and
wearable device problem analysis.
After a smart wearable device is successfully paired,
third-party applications that interact with the paired wearable device through
" MActive Pro" can obtain data such as your device's identifier
(pairing is reset and unique for each application), device name, device
hardware information, and status (charging or in use). Third-party applications
can also send messages or notifications to your paired wearable device. Based
on your explicit authorization, these third-party applications can access the
device's sensor data, sleep status, exercise type ( running, walking, cycling )
, wearing status data, log information, location information, and device
information (basic system information, device name, device identifier, IMEI,
Mac address, system logs, system usage information, device usage information,
IMSI, Android ID, Android Advertising ID, OAID, hardware serial number, SIM
card ID, etc.).
MActive Pro smart wearable devices support weather
forecasting. We will send your location information to the weather service
provider to obtain weather information for your area and display it on the
wearable device. You can turn it off in the " MActive Pro "
app " Device " > " Weather Push " .
When you use our services, we may automatically collect
detailed information about your use of our services and save it as relevant
network logs, such as your login account, IP address, browser type, telecom
operator, network environment, language used, access date and time, duration of
stay, and refresh history.
To manage your profile data and improve
the accuracy of your exercise data, we need to collect your personal
information, including gender, date of birth, height, weight, exercise data ,
and more . You can fill in or modify this information in "My Profile"
> "Profile." Failure to provide this information will affect
the accuracy of your exercise data calculations, but it will not affect your
ability to use the local profile management function .
To record, back up, and manage your
exercise data, we need to collect your location information, exercise
trajectory, dynamic trajectory, exercise type, exercise duration, steps,
distance, calories burned, elevation gain, speed, and other exercise data.
Exercise types include running, walking, cycling , etc. The purpose of
collecting this information is to record and compile statistics about your
daily exercise data and trajectory. This information will be used to display heart rate,
steps, exercise calories burned, and sleep time on smart wearable devices and
the "
MActive Pro " app page, allowing you to better understand your exercise
status . You can view your exercise data at any time to provide you with more comprehensive exercise services.
We will obtain your exercise data (number
of steps, weight, etc.) from HealthKit to gain a more comprehensive
understanding of your exercise status .
Providers supporting the track recording
feature for outdoor single-session exercise in this service include AutoNavi
Software Co., Ltd., Shenzhen NanoCrystal Technology Co., Ltd. , and Google Inc.
Using this service requires collecting and providing your location
information to the map service provider. Some maps also require you to provide
your device identifier and network information. The specific data collection
and processing is governed by the third-party privacy policy. Please refer to
the privacy policy of the corresponding map service provider.
If you do not provide this
information, your exercise data will not be saved. When you uninstall the app
or change your phone, your exercise data will be lost, but this will not affect
your local use of the exercise data recording function.
To manage your health data and display
your relevant data, we need to collect your calories, sleep, exercise records, heart
rate, electrocardiogram, blood pressure, blood oxygen , etc. Health data is
personal sensitive information. The purpose of collecting this information is
to measure, record, display and compile statistics of health-related data and
provide you with rich health services.
If you do not provide this
information, your health data will not be saved. When you uninstall or change
your device, your health data will be lost, but this will not affect your local
use of " MActive Pro " health data management function.
The "Family Space" function
supports convenient and intuitive sharing of exercise records (number of steps,
exercise duration, exercise distance, calories burned) and health data (daily
heart rate, blood pressure, blood oxygen , sleep, weight, stress, etc.) among
family members, relatives and friends.
Other users in "Family Space"
will not see data that you have not authorized to share. You can terminate data
sharing by exiting "Family Space". If you have not uploaded personal
information to the server, this function will not be available.
We also need to collect your sports data,
health data and group information to conduct group data analysis so that you
can better understand yourself and motivate yourself.
Members outside the group will
not see your personal information. You can terminate this data sharing by
leaving the group. If you have not uploaded your personal information to the
server, this function will not be available.
To implement our achievement system, we
generate weekly, monthly, or annual reports based on your exercise and health
history data, or award virtual medals to users as incentives. If you do
not provide this information, we will not be able to provide you with
achievement-related services.
To facilitate online activities, we use
your profile picture, nickname, and related athletic and health data. Your
profile picture and nickname are used to display rankings during the event, and
your athletic and health data are used to calculate event results. When
participating in an event, you may be asked to enter your name, address, and
phone number to complete your entry information or claim a prize.
To improve product quality and enhance the
user experience, we need to collect your device identification information
(basic system information, device name, device identifier, IMEI, Mac address,
system logs, system usage information, device usage information, IMSI, Android
ID, Android Advertising ID, OAID, hardware serial number, SIM card ID, etc.),
basic system information, device usage information, system usage information,
and wearable device usage information, including the pages you open and buttons
you click in the app, and the functional operation of the app and device. This
is used to analyze and count device and app usage and improve services and user
experience. The above data is only analyzed as a whole and does not
include your personal information. All related data will be deleted after use.
When problems arise while using the app,
you can provide us with feedback through the "Problems and
Suggestions" interface. You will need to enter a description of your
problem and contact information. In order to facilitate us in resolving the
problem as quickly as possible, we also need to collect system usage
information, device hardware information, device identifiers, and basic system
information. The logs and contact information you upload are only used
for communication and problem location, and will be automatically deleted after
the data storage period expires. If you do not provide this type of
information, the developer may be unable to resolve the problem you encounter,
but this will not affect your use of other features of this service .
In order to improve the quality of our service, we will collect device
identifiers, device hardware information (such as device type, etc.), and basic
system information (such as country code configuration, etc.).
What information is
collected and how is it used?
MActive Pro and its third-party service providers and business partners (see
" How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information " above for more
details) use technologies such as cookies, tags, and scripts. These
technologies are used to analyze trends, track your activities, and gather
statistical information about our user base. We receive individual or
aggregated analytics reports collected through these technologies. These
technologies help us better understand your behavior, determine which parts of
our applications you visit, and improve their functionality.
• Multi-language
function: In order to provide you with multi-language function support for the
app, we carry the user's locale settings based on cookies and perform
multi-language translation based on locale for some content that needs to be
displayed in a specific language.
• Mobile analytics: To
better understand how our software is used on your phone, we collect
information about the app version and system type. This is done by using the
User-Agent field in cookies. We do not associate this information with
your personal information.
2.1. In accordance with relevant laws and regulations, we will store your
personal information collected and generated during operations within the
People's Republic of China within China. We will only retain your personal
information for as long as necessary to provide you with this App and related
services and within the time limits required by laws, regulations, and
regulatory authorities. After you uninstall MActive Pro, we will delete your
personally identifiable information.
2.2. If we cease operating the App, we will promptly stop collecting your
personal information, notify you of the cessation of operations by individual
delivery or announcement, and delete or anonymize your personal information
held.

management systems and technical safeguards, to protect your personal
information, including but not limited to:

internal management system, we have adopted a data classification and grading
system according to the sensitivity and type of data, and based on the
classification and grading results, we have implemented various permission
restrictions such as user permissions, usage scenario permissions, usage
authorization permissions, and hierarchical approval mechanisms; for personal
information that has been stored for an extended period, we will delete your

technical safeguards, we have adopted irreversible encrypted storage and
isolated storage during storage, desensitized information during display and
download, and dedicated line transmission, encrypted transmission, key and data

best to ensure the security of any information you send us. In the unfortunate
event of a personal information security incident, we will promptly inform you,
in accordance with laws and regulations, of the following: the basic
circumstances and potential impact of the incident, measures we have taken or
will take, suggestions for self-prevention and risk reduction, and remedial
measures for you. We will promptly notify you of the incident through app push
notifications, emails/short messages, and phone calls. If it is difficult to

Please keep your App login name and other personal
information secure. When you use the App services, we will use your login name
and other personal information to identify you. If you leak this

discover that your App login name and/or other personal information may have

Storage permission: When you use features like sharing, vibrating to count steps, or logging
in to your account, you can choose to enable this permission to read or write
app usage information, images, videos, and intermediate step count data. If you
no longer need these services, you can disable this permission at any time
without affecting your use of other services.
Camera permissions: When you use Bluetooth photography, picture dials, album dials, video
dials and other functions through smart wearable devices , we need to apply for
and obtain this permission from you in order to complete the picture shooting .
If you do not agree to this permission, it will affect the normal use of Bluetooth
photography, picture dials, album dials, video dials and other functions .
Location Permission: When you use features like single workout track image generation,
Bluetooth pairing, watch search, weather notifications, or other
location-related features, you can choose to enable this permission to
determine your current location. This allows for more accurate location
tracking of your wearable device . If you do not grant this permission,
it will affect the normal use of features like single workout track image
generation, Bluetooth pairing, watch search, weather notifications, or other
location-related features .
Bluetooth usage permission: Location permission and Bluetooth usage permission are both used to
obtain the power of low-power Bluetooth headsets.
Network permissions: Network permissions are used for application error log collection,
application version update detection, authorization activation, account login,
etc.
Access device information
status: This is actually to verify the user's
device information (basic system information, device name, device identifier,
IMEI, Mac address, system logs, system usage information, device usage
information, IMSI, Android ID, Android advertising ID, OAID, hardware serial
number, SIM card ID, etc.).
Phone permissions: When you pair with an associated device, activate a card, or use
functions such as making and receiving calls, rejecting calls, and receiving
call information on the wearable device, you can choose to enable this
permission to obtain the phone status.
Microphone permission: When you use a wearable device to issue voice commands, use the call
function, or transmit data using the audio interface, some MActive Pro devices
require access to the microphone. If you do not need such services, you can
disable this permission at any time, which will not affect the use of other
services.
Call log permission: When you use your wearable device to receive missed call notifications,
control volume, and control call channels, you can choose to enable this
permission so that missed call numbers can be displayed on paired devices and
your phone's call status can be synchronized. If you no longer need these
services, you can disable this permission at any time without affecting your
use of other services.
Contacts permission: When you use wearable devices and group contact addition services, you
can choose to enable this permission to quickly import your phone's contacts
into the wearable device to initiate calls or add group member information. If
you do not need these services, you can disable this permission at any time
without affecting the use of other services.
SMS permission: When you use your wearable device to reject calls and send text
messages, you can choose to enable this permission so that the text messages
can be sent to designated contacts. If you do not need such services, you can
disable this permission at any time, which will not affect the use of other
services.
Read and write external storage space: used to read
pictures on the phone when the user sets the watch face picture; when the user
shares pictures, it is used to save the pictures on the user's phone; when the
user sets the avatar and selects "Select from Album", it is used to
save the cropped pictures on the user's phone.
To allow you to experience the offline notification
feature of the App, experience the App's functions more comprehensively, and
provide better service, after you agree to this Privacy Policy, the App will
enable the automatic start or associated start function when necessary. The
automatic start service is used to improve the accessibility of message push
notifications .
Purpose: To receive messages sent by others in the chat
function of the application in a timely manner
Method: Integrate the Jiguang Push SDK. Please refer to the
description of Jiguang Push in the third-party SDK integration list.
Scope: Only used for the corresponding function.
After you use our app and exit, to avoid missing out on
important messages, such as health reminders and event alerts, the app may
automatically start or interact with you after you exit, providing you with
timely delivery of important messages. To disable this, go to Settings >
Permissions > Auto-start and turn it off .
Please
note that when you use and access our services, you may also be subject to the
terms and conditions and privacy policies of certain third parties, such as app
stores, map providers, mobile software platforms, online gaming platforms,
social networking sites, and payment intermediaries. You acknowledge and agree
that we are not responsible for these third-party terms and conditions or how
they use your personal information. We may, at our discretion, provide you with
links to third-party products or services through advertising or other means.
Please note that the third-party products and services you use are not
developed or managed by people or companies affiliated with or controlled by
us. We are not responsible for the actions, products, and services of these
companies or their use of the information you provide. Providing links to them
does not establish an affiliation or control relationship with them. We may
offer services from our partners, such as contests and surveys. These services
may require you to provide personal information to register or access them.
These partners will be identified when you are required to disclose personal
