3NAVIFORCE permission call instructions

Additionally, the following device permissions may be triggered when you use NAVIFORCE. In order to allow you to better manage your information, we will inform you of the purpose of using the permission when applying for permission during the product use process, as well as the possible impact on your use of the service if you do not turn on the permission.
